It is with great pride we can tell you that for the sixth time in eight years John Grose have won the Ford Chairman's Award.

This is the premier dealership award given by Ford Europe every year to only the best and most successful Ford dealers, the top 5% within the nation equalling only 15 dealers throughout the UK. The Chairman's award programme runs for a period of one year and aims to recognise those dealers who put service to their customers above all else.

We have been judged on our viewpoint questionnaires, sent by Ford Motor Company to our customers immediately after they have purchased a new vehicle. The questionnaire asks the customer to rate their experience of several different aspects of their purchase. The percentage of customers that answered 'Completely satisfied' with their overall experience, is the figure used to determine those 15 dealers.
