Executive Assistant
Location Ipswich (Ransomes Europark)

The opportunity has arisen for a candidate with previous administration experience to become part of the Executive Team to support our Directors. This exciting role provides PA and admin support to both the Directors and Senior Managers within the Group. The position requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, have a keen eye for detail and strong IT skills. The ideal candidate must be approachable, personable, and proactive, resilient and enjoy providing a seamless five-star service to our staff and customers.

Your duties will include:

  • Assisting in operational functions for the Group and ensure the quality and smooth running of business administration
  • Working with key functions to produce management reports
  • Assist complaint handling and dispute resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records and coordinate the distribution of company property
  • Co-ordinate Management training
  • Maintain accurate Health and Safety records
  • Assist with the Company’s external education and charitable activities

FTE Salary – £35,000 - £40,000

Hours – 24 - 40 hours per week with 1 hour for lunch. We will consider part time hours, and job share possibilities.
