We’re currently looking to fill positions within our Ford and Kia New car team in Lowestoft and are keen to talk with both experienced candidates, and those new to the industry. The right attitude and a determination to learn and succeed are more important to us than previous experience or roles.

Full training will be given, both internally with our experienced Managers and through our manufacturer partner’s academies.

The automotive retail world is evolving at a pace, so successful candidates will not only need the traditional communication skills, but also to embrace the latest technology. Being well-organised with a flexible outlook and good numeracy and literacy skills is essential, as is holding a full driving licence.

We can offer the right candidates:

• Basic Salary of £21,500 plus uncapped commission package
• On target earnings of £30k - £40k, depending on experience and ability
• Guaranteed minimum earnings for the first six months

We are holding taster sessions where candidates will have the opportunity to spend time with our experienced Sales Executives and see first-hand what the sales role entails in a live environment.

You’ll get to meet some of the other key departments involved with our sales process and see the latest equipment and technologies used by us to ensure we meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.

Our Management team will be on hand to guide you and answer any questions you may have on a career in the Motor Industry.
