25.11.2024

From 6th April 2025, HMRC will no longer class double-cab pick-ups as commercial vehicles for company vehicle tax purposes.
This means that the typical benefit-in-kind value per month will rise from £132 (for a 40% Taxpayer) up to £693 per month.

However, transitional arrangements mean that double-cab pick-ups ordered before 6th April 2025 may still benefit from existing benefit-in-kind arrangements for the duration of ownership or lease, so if you were considering a new pick-up, now is the time to order.

Considering a Plug-In Hybrid alternative? From 6 April 2025, you'll pay £366 per month in BiK which is over £300 less per month than the Diesel option!
The Ranger Plug-In Hybrid will be available to drive away in 2025.
