We can also take legal action against you and may obtain judgment against you. If you still fail to pay us following judgment, we may start bankruptcy proceedings against you or we may apply to the court for a charging order over your property to secure the money you owe us and we may subsequently apply to the court for its sale or apply to the court for an attachment of earnings order. If you miss a payment we may record your default with a credit reference agency who will keep a record of that default. This could make obtaining credit more difficult for you.
