John Grose Wins Kia Customer Experience Award


  • John Grose Kia in Lowestoft has been awarded the Kia Customer Experience Award
  • The award recognises excellent customer overall satisfaction amongst customers

John Grose Kia is celebrating its 2017 success, having won the Kia Customer Experience Award, announced at Kia’s National Dealer Conference.  Steve Hicks, Sales Director at Kia Motors (UK) Ltd, visited John Grose Kia to congratulate them on the dealership’s outstanding performance in customer experience. Karl Rogers, New Car Sales Manager at John Grose Kia commented on winning the award: “We had a really successful 2017 with some amazing new models from Kia including the all-new Kia Stonic, which the people of Lowestoft loved. We really care about the work we do and that comes across in our service to our customers. We pride ourselves on delivering an outstanding customer experience, so to win this award means a lot to us.”
