I have recently purchased a second hand car at Ransomes Europark, Ipswich.  I am extremely pleased with the vehicle and also with the sales staff who arranged the deal.  Your Sales Executive Phil proved to be excellent at his job.  From the initial telephone call to the completion of the process he was very good.  Such delays as did occur were only while he was trying to sort a good price for the car being offered in part exchange.  All the paperwork was completed with maximum efficiency and minimum fuss.  Phillip was polite, friendly and helpful throughout.  He did not try to persuade me to buy extra "bits", they were offered on a "take it or leave it basis".

I have no hesitation from recommending John Grose Ipswich to any other person and intend to use John Grose for servicing and maintenance in future.

Since moving to Suffolk in 2000 I have maintained my loyalty to the Citroen marque both in renewing vehicles and having them maintained by the service section.  The dealership has changed and premises have moved but the standards have not only been maintained, but have improved.  My recent service requirements were carried out very efficiently, a courtesy car was offered and Charlie, of your 'front of house' team, was particularly helpful, not only in keeping me informed of progress, but also in keeping the painful part - the invoice, as low as possible.  Importantly it was all done with a big smile.  Many thanks to yourself, Charlie and your team in general for keeping me safely on the road.

It is not often these days that one gets to write a letter like this.  I am a first time user of the Motability Car Scheme, I initially used the internet to research local car dealerships for the various cars I was interested in.  I visited three car showrooms for more information and discussion and I have to say that your Motability sales executive Linda completely blew the opposition out of the water.  Linda was by far the most genuine, welcoming and understanding of my needs and was the only person I dealt with who had all the information to hand - either by using the in-house computer or her own information manual.

Linda is a great customer care asset to your business as well as an accomplished sales person (the other Motability dealerships I dealt with could not find the correct information or were reluctant to give me a brochure).  I am very much looking forward to taking delivery of my new Ford Focus.  Linda has made the whole process straightforward and she is a pleasure to deal with.  I would like to extend my sincere thanks to you and to Linda for her invaluable help to me.  This is obviously a reflection on the way that you run your business - more power to your elbow!
