Kia Accident AfterCare

In the event of an Accident, Kia Accident AfterCare is our 24-hour Accident AfterCare service which is free to all Kia owners, irrespective of who you are insured by.

This exercises your right to a repair at a Kia approved bodyshop that uses Genuine Kia Parts.

Many minor repairs can usually be carried out quickly.  These include:

  • Paintwork scratches
  • Alloy wheel damage
  • Windscreen repair
  • Bumps and dents

WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE AN ACCIDENT?

Just call us on 01473 554207 or Kia Accident Aftercare on 0330 102 8832, before your insurer.  Most UK insurers want to repair your vehicle as cheaply as possible – so they are likely to send you to their ‘nominated’ bodyshop.  Unlike a Kia Approved repairer, they may not know your vehicle, nor fit Kia Genuine parts (instead they may use copy parts or recycled parts).  We’ll liaise with your insurer and exercise your right to a repair at a Kia approved bodyshop that use Kia Genuine Parts.  This helps to protect your Kia’s safety standard, warranty and resale value.  You will also be provided with a free courtesy car.

The 24-hour Kia Accident AfterCare Service is:

  • Free to all Kia owners, all Kia vehicles
  • Available 24 hours
  • Available irrespective of who you are insured by
  • Provided to you regardless of who was at fault
