The key to our success is customer satisfaction. On the 3rd February 2010, Citroen recognised the achievements of the best dealerships across the globe with a presentation ceremony in Paris. The top 10 dealers in each country were invited and the top three were invited up on to the stage to receive a special award for having the highest customer satisfaction levels in the UK. Richard Howard accepted the award on behalf of John Grose.
In February 2009, we moved the franchise to our large Ransomes Europark showroom in Ipswich to allow it the space and facilities to continue expanding.
The latest addition to the Citroen range is the new Citroen C3 Picasso, which has been awarded ‘Family Car of the Year' by Top Gear, even before its official launch. The Citroen C3 Picasso boasts exceptional visibility assisted by high-set seating, and an intuitive modular design making adapting the vehicle for day-to-day life a charm.
The new Citroen C1 is the ultra-economical, safe and stylish city car that's so compact it makes light work of tight spaces and tricky manoeuvres. The C1's class beating environmental credentials includes extraordinary CO2 emissions of just 106g/km for 1.0i petrol models, one of the lowest figures for any car currently on sale in the UK.
Another award winner is the Citroen C4 Grand Picasso, which has recently been awarded ‘MPV of the year' by What Car? who describe the vehicle as ‘versatile, stylish, easy to drive and affordable', need we say more!
The New Citroen C5 offers a sophisticated combination of contemporary design and cutting-edge technology. The New C5 Tourer pulls off an amazing feat of optical illusion - disguising its ample interior with a nimble-looking, silky silhouette that evokes performance from every angle.
The Citroen brand represents high value motoring along with dynamic and practical models.
