Except where otherwise stated, the Offers apply only to new Geely EX5 Pro and Geely EX5 Max models, either from dealer stock or factory order ("Vehicle"). They do not apply to used, pre-owned, or ex-demonstration Vehicles. To receive a Home Charger (Andersen or Cord), a Customer must: be the owner of the property where the Home Charger will be installed; or be a tenant with the landlord’s written permission to install the Home Charger, and must have suitable off-street parking at the property. Installation is subject to a property survey carried out by the relevant charger supplier (Andersen EV Ltd or Cord). The Customer must liaise directly with the supplier for survey and installation. Where standard installation is not possible, additional installation costs will be payable directly by the Customer to the supplier. If the Customer declines a non-standard installation, they may instead opt to receive the £500 Charge Credit as an alternative. In the event that the Customer cancels a vehicle order after installation of a Home Charger or activation of Charge Credit, the Customer shall be obliged to reimburse us for any Home Charger installation costs and any Charge credit code shall be voided. All charger-related matters should be addressed directly with the relevant supplier. The £500 Charge Credit will be issued as a digital voucher or redemption code by Geely’s third-party partner, Octopus Electroverse Limited ("Octopus"). The Charge Credit must be redeemed within 6 months of the Vehicle handover date to the Customer. Unused or expired credits will not be reissued or extended. The service is provided by Geely’s approved roadside assistance partner, details of which will be supplied at the time of vehicle handover. Coverage includes roadside repair, recovery to the nearest authorised Geely repairer, and onward travel support within the UK. Standard exclusions and limitations apply including, but not limited to, incidents resulting from neglect, misuse, unauthorised modification, or non-maintenance of the vehicle. The service is personal to the registered vehicle and non-transferable. Includes one (1) standard manufacturer-scheduled service within two (2) years of first registration. The service must be carried out at an authorised Geely dealer or service partner. This standard maintenance package covers only the standard items detailed in the manufacturer’s schedule (labour, oil, oil filter, and inspection items). Wear-and-tear items, additional repairs, consumables (e.g. tyres, brake pads, wiper blades), and non-scheduled maintenance are excluded. Any missed or delayed services beyond the specified period may result in forfeiture of this benefit. The Geely EV Grant is a discount funded by Geely which is applied to the recommended on the road price for the vehicle trim in question. The Geely EV Grant is not affiliated with or provided by the UK Government’s Electric Car Grant scheme as the Geely EX5 is not currently eligible for this scheme.
