John Grose Kia Service Advisor, James, Wins World Competition
We are thrilled to announce that our very own James Felgate, Service Advisor at John Grose Kia Lowestoft, has achieved an extraordinary milestone by winning the Gold Award at the 7th Kia Service Advisor World Competition held at Kia's global headquarters in Seoul, South Korea.
Earlier this year, James distinguished himself by securing first place at the UK Skills Final hosted at the Kia Academy in Derby from which five finalists emerged to compete in the UK final. James' exceptional performance in customer service skills, attention to detail, and dedication earned him the top spot, granting him the honour of representing the UK at the global stage.
At the World Final, James competed against service advisors from 54 countries in a series of challenging assessments, including a written test on the service process, a vehicle handover roleplay exercise, and a customer service practical test. His outstanding skills, unwavering dedication, and commitment to the Kia brand shone through, culminating in his well-deserved Gold Award and a prize of $5,000.
This remarkable achievement not only highlights James' personal excellence but also underscores the high standards and commitment to customer service that we uphold at John Grose.
