Kia Service Advisor World Cup 2025 - Journey to No.1

Two of John Grose’s finest have made their mark on the global and national stage, as James Felgate claimed the Gold Award at the 7th Kia Service Advisor World Competition, while Danielle Tibble was recognised as one of the top five Kia Service Advisors in the UK.

Held at Kia’s global headquarters in Seoul, the international competition brought together elite service advisors from over 40 countries. Felgate’s outstanding performance earned him the top honour, showcasing his exceptional customer service skills, technical knowledge, and commitment to excellence.

Danielle Tibble, who joined Felgate on the journey, reached the UK finals in Derby earlier this year. Her achievement places her among the top five Kia Service Advisors in the country—a fantastic milestone in her career. With her sights set on the future, Danielle may return to the global stage in 2027.

The competition is part of Kia’s global initiative to celebrate and elevate the role of service advisors, who are essential to delivering exceptional customer experiences. James' world title and Danielle's national recognition highlight the strength and talent within the UK Kia network.
