We are looking to expand our Commercial Vehicle Sales team and are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our friendly fast-paced team as a Sales Advisor in Lowestoft.

This role involves having a friendly and approachable manner, greeting our customers upon arrival into the showroom and ensuring they leave having enjoyed a positive and enjoyable experience. As well as those customers who visit us, some will prefer to get in touch digitally or by telephone, offering the opportunity to develop a broad and rounded skillset.

An enthusiastic and self-motivated approach is essential as well being able to navigate through both positive and more challenging conversations.

Motor Industry experience is not essential, we are proud to offer all our Sales Advisors Manufacturer Accredited training, however experience in a sales or customer service setting could be beneficial, and holding a full driving licence is required.

Salary & Hours

  • Basic Salary of £21,500 plus uncapped commission package (Based on a 5 day working week of 42.5 hours, Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday - but we are open to discussing flexible hours)
  • On target earnings of £30k - £40k, depending on experience and ability
  • Guaranteed minimum earnings for the first six months
