A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic team player to join our parts operation on Whapload Road, Lowestoft. We are looking to recruit either a qualified Parts Advisor or will look to give the correct candidate the opportunity to learn and development via on the job training.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Ordering car parts using on-line systems
• Chasing up missing or incorrect parts with suppliers
• Packaging and returning any unused/unwanted parts
• Regular communication with all Service department staff
• Inbound and outbound telephone calls
• Advice and guidance of products
• Utilise suppliers
• Working to a high level of customer service at all times

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of Grade C at GCSE level (or Equivalent) in Maths and English
• Computer literate
• Meticulous attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and as a team
• Previous experience within a Parts Advisor/ Stock Control Role is desirable but not essential
• Be mechanically minded
• Keen interest and knowledge of the motor industry

Full training will be provided as well as the opportunity to develop further through training during the role.

Working hours:

45.25 Hours per week (Shifts Monday – Friday between 7.30am to 4.30pm or 8.00am to 5.00pm / Alternate Saturdays 7.30am – 1.00 pm) 30-minute lunch

Salary:

Basic Salary: £29906 and an achievable performance bonus OTE £32,306 PA
