Vehicle Sales Administrator

Ipswich | Part-time or Full-time (22.5 – 37.5 hours per week)

We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Vehicle Sales Administrator to support our busy sales operation across car, commercial vehicle (CV), retail and fleet departments.

This is a fantastic opportunity whether you’re an experienced administrator or looking to start your career in the motor industry — full training will be provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing vehicle sales orders from order to delivery
• Supporting multiple sales departments (car, CV, retail & fleet)
• Managing customer and vehicle data across internal systems
• Liaising with manufacturers, finance companies, and internal teams
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
• Supporting a smooth and professional customer journey

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Administrative experience is helpful but not essential
