We've Won Again! Proud Winners of Customer Satisfaction Award

We are  very proud to have been presented with the prestigious Chairman’s Award, by Mandy Dean, District Manager, & Nicholas Whyman, Zone Manager on behalf of Ford Motor Company.  This award is given only to dealers with the highest absolute customer satisfaction scores and is judged using independent customer feedback questionnaires.

The award was presented to our Chairman, Ian Twinley, at our FordStore Dealership in Ipswich, surrounded by members of our Sales, Parts, Administration and Service teams.

On learning of the award, Ian said “Within John Grose I’m proud to say that we have a culture of really wanting to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.”  Alister Leith, Group Managing Director, added “The Chairman’s Award is an independent measure of how well we look after our customers and is a tribute to the dedication of our wonderful staff.”

We are especially proud because we've won this coveted annual award a record breaking 18 times - more than any other dealer group in England.
