We’re looking for a customer-focused Bodyshop Advisor to become the welcoming face of John Grose at our busy Accident Repair Centre in Ipswich. In this role, you’ll ensure every customer receives exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety for customers, colleagues, and third parties.

What you’ll do:

• Always deliver outstanding customer care and satisfaction.
• Build strong rapport and explain technical issues in clear, customer-friendly language.
• Keep customers informed on the progress of their vehicle repairs.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our system.
• Handle payments and process transactions.
• Respond to telephone queries promptly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently to insurance companies

What we’re looking for:

• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and listening abilities.
• A proactive approach and confidence in advising on additional services.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Working hours:

44 hours per week

• Monday: 07:30 – 17:30
• Tuesday to Friday: 07:45 – 17:30 (1-hour lunch break)
