Commercial Vehicle Sales Advisor

We are currently expanding our business and have exciting opportunities for the right person to join our Commercial Vehicle Sales team in Lowestoft.

Previous sales or automotive industry experience is not essential. You will be part of a great team who will always support you and make sure you feel fully informed about the direction of the business and your role in it.

This role involves having a friendly and approachable manner, greeting our customers upon arrival into the showroom and ensuring they leave having enjoyed a positive and enjoyable experience. As well as those customers who visit us, some will prefer to get in touch digitally or by telephone, offering the opportunity to develop a broad and rounded skillset.

An enthusiastic and self-motivated approach is essential as well being able to navigate through both positive and more challenging conversations.

Motor Industry experience is not essential, we are proud to offer all our Sales Advisors Manufacturer Accredited training, however experience in a sales or customer service setting could be beneficial

  • Well organised, able to multi-task and juggle priorities
  • Appetite to learn about new technologies and develop new skills
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, email, and internet use
  • Holds a full driving licence

  • Engaging with customers, helping them choose the best vehicle for their needs and budget
  • Explaining the latest technologies and how these can benefit customers
  • Delivering the very best customer experience throughout their time with us
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service

Salary & Hours

  • On target earnings of £40k - £55k pa, depending on experience and ability
  • Guaranteed minimum earnings for the first six months
