We operate sales and service franchises for Ford, Kia, Peugeot, Citroen and DS Automobiles from four locations across East Anglia, together with an Accident Repair Bodyshop, Supermarket, Fuel Station and Fast-Fit Tyre & Exhaust Centre.

The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic team player to join our Parts operation on Ransomes Europark, Ipswich. We are looking to recruit either a qualified Parts Supervisor, or will look to give the correct candidate the opportunity to learn and develop via on the job training.

The Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Departmental Manager
  • Maintaining relationships with our employees, customers and suppliers
  • Process management
  • Stock management
  • Purchase control
  • KPI reporting and follow up
  • Regular communication with all Accident repair Centre Staff
  • Attending meetings when required
  • Advice and guidance of products
  • Working to a high level of customer service at all times

The Requirements

  • Minimum of Grade C at GCSE level (or Equivalent) in Maths and English
  • Works well under pressure
  • Self motivated
  • Strong character
  • Computer literate
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and as a team
  • Previous experience within a Senior Parts Advisor/ Parts Supervisor role is desirable but not essential
  • Keyloop/ CDK experience is desirable but not essential
  • Be mechanically minded
  • Keen interest and knowledge of the motor industry

Full training will be provided as well as the opportunity to develop further through training during the role.

Basic Salary: £26K and an achievable performance bonus of £3K

Working Hours

47.5 Hours per week (Monday – Friday between 8am and 5:30pm/ Alternate Saturdays 08:00am – 13:00pm) with half an hour lunch on Wednesdays.
