Apprentice / Trainee Vehicle Sales Administrator
Location Ipswich (Ransomes Europark)

We are looking to recruit an Apprentice/ Trainee Vehicle Sales Administrator to work in our busy Sales Administration team in Ipswich.

Role requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Able to work well as part of a team, and individually
  • Good standard of numeracy and literacy
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise and manage deadlines

Duties will include:

  • Preparation and administration of sales orders
  • Use of internal computer based systems
  • Booking in new vehicles and ensuring all documentation is in order
  • Communicating internally and externally
  • Working closely with the sales team

Working Hours: 37.5 hours a week. Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 with an hour for lunch

Salary: £12,480 to £20,821 (depending on age and qualifications)

There is an option to complete an apprenticeship if you wish to gain further qualifications.
