We are seeking a dynamic customer orientated Customer Service Advisor to join our fast-paced team at our FS Tyres & Service Centre in Melton, Woodbridge. You will be the face of our business when greeting our customers who are booking their vehicles in for repairs. Ensuring at all times the Health and Safety of customers, employees and third parties is your top priority.
The duties that you will be taught will include:
Ensuring the highest level of customer care and satisfaction is given at all timesBuilding rapport and clearly translating any technical issues in a customer friendly wayEnsuring customers are kept up to date with the progress of their vehicle repairsKeeping customer records accurately up to date on the systemProcessing paymentsAnswering telephone queriesRequirements:
Educated to A-Level or equivalentCustomer orientatedPrides themselves on excellent communication skillsAdvising on additional salesHas a pro-active approachExcellent listening skillsHolds a full clean driving licenceWorking hours: 45 per week (between 8am and 5:30pm and 1 in 2 Saturdays 8am to 12:30pm)
Starting salary £21,612 after 6 months £23,777 plus bonus OTE £26,000
