Call Centre Assistant

Would you like to work for one of East Anglia’s most prestigious car dealerships?

 

Are you looking for an opportunity to build upon your existing customer service skills?

 

We are looking for an articulate, customer orientated Call Centre Assistant to join our busy service bookings team at Ransomes Europark.

 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities include; -

  • Create customer bookings for service and repairs whilst ensuring all customers’ requirements are understood, including any alternative transport needs.
  • Utilise various applications to accurately quote for servicing, repairs etc. and to highlight any future work, including any outstanding recalls.
  • Proactively carry out various outbound tasks, including service reminders, vehicle health check re-inspections and customer satisfaction calls.
  • Discuss and promote any additional upsells that are applicable, including service packages.
  • Ensure all customer records are accurately inputted and maintained, observing GDPR guidelines.
  • Provide an outstanding level of customers service at all times.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in customer service or sales roles. We need someone with a positive attitude who can always deliver a first-class customer experience. It is essential that you have a professional telephone manner, excellent communication skills and can demonstrate a thorough approach to work. This role is based within a fast-paced contact centre environment; therefore, you will have to be pro-active, computer literate with a focus on accuracy and detail.

 

Our call centre is open Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 – 18:00 and Saturdays 8:00 – 17:00. You will need to be flexible to work within these hours plus approximately 1 in 4 Saturday’s on a rota basis.
