Meet & Greet Receptionist

Required Friday 8am - 6pm, Saturday 8am - 5pm & Sunday 10am - 4pm

This is an exciting position for an experienced and professional individual.  As the face and voice of the company, you will meet and greet our customers and visitors at our busy dealership on Ransomes Europark. You will act as the first point of contact to ensure we provide a first class customer service experience.  You will also be responsible for answering telephone enquiries on our busy switchboard, and directing the calls to the relevant departments.  Working closely to support both our Sales and Service Departments you'll be required to undertake other administrative tasks, ensuring the dealership looks clean and tidy at all times.

We are looking for someone reliable, flexible, and confident who is well presented with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well both within a team and alone using their own initiative.
